• If you simply ordered the wrong size or are not convinced by the model(s) and you have not washed or worn any item (except for trying on over your underwear), you can request a return below and send back the panty(ies). in their original packaging within 30 days (from the invoice date). If you want to try on the panties you ordered to see if the size fits you for example, You must try them on over another item of underwear.
*Can I request an exchange of an item?
Exchange is possible between two products of similar value. You just need to indicate this when requesting your return.
In the event of an exchange, return costs are fully covered.
*How do I return an item?

*Who covers the return costs?
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot give rise to a refund.
However, if you opt for an exchange or a voucher, they will be taken care of.
*When will I be reimbursed?
Upon receipt and after inspection of the returned item(s), the returned product(s) will be refunded within a maximum of 15 working days, by crediting the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that if you benefited from free delivery when ordering but when returning an item, the total of your order no longer reaches the €60 required to benefit from free delivery, you will then be reimbursed for the returned item(s) less the €4.80 shipping cost.
